Cost Engineer

We are actively seeking an experienced Cost Engineer to support oil & gas projects. The role focuses on cost estimating, cost control, budgeting, and supporting project teams through all phases of execution. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates for feasibility, FEED, and EPC phases, developing and managing project cost budgets and forecasts, monitoring cost performance and variances, supporting contract evaluations and change management, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, and planning teams. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field, 3+ years of cost engineering experience in upstream and/or downstream projects, strong knowledge of estimating methods and cost control tools, and proficiency in Excel and cost management software such as SAP and Primavera.
