Credit & Collection Specialist (Field Based)

As a Credit & Collection Specialist, you will help drive healthy cash flow by managing customer accounts and collections. Reporting to the Credit & Collection Manager, you will work closely with customers, Sales, and Finance teams and regularly visit customers as part of this field-based role. Manage customer account reconciliations and respond to customer inquiries related to invoices and outstanding balances. Review and assess customer credit applications, including the evaluation of financial information and credit eligibility. Support the implementation of credit and collection policies that balance customer service with timely payment collection. Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to monitor and manage customer credit exposure. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with SAP is a must. A UAE driving license is required.
