Job description
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Contract Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end order fulfillment and shipment logistics while maintaining exceptional customer relationships and accurate operational reporting. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and warehouse operations to ensure all customer expectations and service level agreements are met seamlessly. Manage Order Fulfillment and Logistics, Drive Customer Relationship Management, Optimize Operational and Quality Standards, Facilitate Cross-Departmental Coordination.
