Urgent Hiring | Data Migration Lead | UAE Onsite | Contract
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead for a major enterprise transformation program in the UAE.
Location: UAE – Onsite
Employment Type: Contractual
Duration: 6 Months – Extendable
Experience: 10+ Years overall, including strong experience leading enterprise data migration programs
Key Skills Required:
- End-to-End Data Migration Leadership
- SAP S/4HANA Data Migration
- Data Quality & Data Cleansing
- Source-to-Target Mapping
- Data Validation & Reconciliation
- Master Data Management
- Mock Migration / Mock Loads
- Cutover Planning & Go-Live Support
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Strong understanding of ETL / Migration methodologies
- Experience handling master, transactional & financial data reconciliation
Experience working across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and legacy system migration programs will be highly preferred.
Candidates should have strong experience managing migration governance, multiple stakeholders, implementation partners, risks, issues and business sign-offs.
