Urgent Hiring | Data Migration Lead | UAE Onsite | Contract
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead for a major enterprise transformation program in the UAE.
Location: UAE – Onsite
Employment Type: Contractual
Duration: 6 Months – Extendable
Experience: 10+ Years overall, including strong experience leading enterprise data migration programs
Key Skills Required:
• End-to-End Data Migration Leadership
• SAP S/4HANA Data Migration
• Data Quality & Data Cleansing
• Source-to-Target Mapping
• Data Validation & Reconciliation
• Master Data Management
• Mock Migration / Mock Loads
• Cutover Planning & Go-Live Support
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Strong understanding of ETL / Migration methodologies
• Experience handling master, transactional & financial data reconciliation
Experience working across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and legacy system migration programs will be highly preferred. Candidates should have strong experience managing migration governance, multiple stakeholders, implementation partners, risks, issues and business sign-offs.
