Data Migration Lead

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive the end-to-end data migration workstream for a major transformation involving legacy systems (including Keyloop) -> SAP S/4HANA & Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: Own migration strategy, governance, planning & execution. Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation & validation. Manage Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) and data quality. Coordinate business teams, SAP/Salesforce partners & third-party vendors. Lead mock migrations, testing, reconciliation & defect resolution. Manage cutover, go-live, hypercare & business sign-off. Reconcile master, transactional & financial data with complete traceability. What We Are Looking For: 10+ years in Data Migration / ERP / CRM / Transformation, 5+ years leading enterprise data migration programs, strong SAP S/4HANA & Salesforce migration experience, expertise in Data Quality, STTM, ETL, Reconciliation, MDM & Cutover, experience with Microsoft Fabric & advanced Excel/data analysis, strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
