Data Migration Lead

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive the end-to-end data migration workstream for a major transformation involving legacy systems (including Keyloop) to SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: Own migration strategy, governance, planning and execution. Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation and validation. Manage Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) and data quality. Coordinate business teams, SAP/Salesforce partners and third-party vendors. Lead mock migrations, testing, reconciliation and defect resolution. Manage cutover, go-live, hypercare and business sign-off. Reconcile master, transactional and financial data with complete traceability. What We Are Looking For: 10+ years in Data Migration / ERP / CRM / Transformation. 5+ years leading enterprise data migration programs. Strong SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce migration experience. Expertise in Data Quality, STTM, ETL, Reconciliation, MDM and Cutover. Experience with Microsoft Fabric and advanced Excel/data analysis. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
