Demand Analytics / Business Analytics PMO - SAP

Tachyon Technologies is looking for a highly analytical and data-driven professional to support EMEA Demand Management through pipeline analytics, reporting, demand planning, and business insights. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze pipeline creation, health, movement, coverage, growth, conversion & quality - Identify trends, gaps, anomalies, risks and opportunities - Build & maintain pipeline performance reports - Provide actionable insights for Demand Managers and Market Unit Leaders - Support monthly demand reviews, presentations and demand programs - Drive reporting improvements, automation and data quality Must-Have Skills: - Advanced Excel & strong data analysis skills - Strong analytical & problem-solving skills - Ability to work with large datasets - Excellent attention to detail & data accuracy - Strong English communication skills - Ability to translate data into actionable business insights Good to Have: - Power BI - dashboards, visualization & reporting - Pipeline / Sales / Business Performance Analytics - SAP reporting tools / SAP ecosystem knowledge - Understanding of Cloud, SaaS/PaaS & digital business models - Strong stakeholder management skills Work Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Temporary Contract - 12 Months
