Demand Planner

The Demand Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the demand forecast for the consumer appliances portfolio across the Middle East region. The role ensures alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to support optimal inventory levels, product availability, and business growth. Responsibilities include developing monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts at SKU, channel, and country level, using historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, and promotions. Monitor forecast accuracy, maintain rolling 12-18 month demand plans, lead the demand planning process within the S&OP cycle, and coordinate with supply planning and logistics to ensure stock availability. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field, with 3 to 6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain, preferably in consumer electronics/appliances or FMCG. Experience working in the Middle East market is strongly preferred alongside strong understanding of S&OP processes, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP and planning tools like SAP, Oracle, APO, or IBP.
