Demand Planner

You will drive accurate demand planning by translating market insights, sales trends, and business requirements into reliable forecasts that support product availability, inventory optimization, and sustainable business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure effective supply chain execution, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement of planning processes. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing accurate demand forecasts by leveraging market insights, sales trends, and business data to support informed decision-making and optimize business performance. You will conduct detailed sales, channel, and SKU analysis, lead regular demand planning reviews with cross-functional stakeholders, monitor key performance indicators, and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities. Working closely with Supply Chain and commercial teams, you will ensure effective stock management, maintain critical planning data to support order fulfillment and replenishment, manage escalations when required, and drive continuous process improvements through innovative planning practices and systems.
