Deputy General Manager - Central Finance

A senior finance leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to lead multi-country finance operations, reporting, governance, transformation, and shared services across the region. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial modelling in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, and KSA. Oversee financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and accounting governance. Manage Shared Service Center operations covering AP, AR, payroll accounting, GL, reconciliations and transaction processing. Drive Finance Transformation, Process Automation, digitisation and standardisation of finance processes. Ensure Tax & Statutory Compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, Zakat/local tax and statutory requirements. Oversee Treasury, Cash Flow, Working Capital, Risk Management and internal controls. Manage relationships with Auditors, Tax Advisors, Banks, Regulators and senior stakeholders. Lead and develop multi-country finance teams and Shared Service Center teams, driving performance and capability development. Master's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration preferred, with CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred. SAP and finance transformation experience is an advantage.
