Job description
Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Management Consultant/Senior Manager to lead our Digital Core advisory and transformation projects enabled by SAP S/4HANA for clients across the Middle East. You will act as a trusted SAP transformation advisor to client executives, combining strong programme governance discipline with credible, advisory-level SAP knowledge. Responsibilities include delivering Digital Core transformation programs, supporting SAP S/4 transformation workstreams, leading resources, and driving business development. Requirements include 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, program management, or technology consulting, demonstrated experience establishing and managing Transformation Management Offices, strong background in program governance, and good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and modules using SAP Activate methodology.
