Digital Specialist - AI Business Process

Microsoft is hiring a Digital Specialist - AI Business Process for a full-time role. This role focuses on AI Business Process opportunities. The specialist partners with and leads the Account Planning Team, builds relationships with C-Suite and Business Decision Makers, maintains qualified pipeline coverage for rolling four quarters through digital-first seller tools, orchestrates business value and technical solution demos, manages long-term contract renewals, and participates in sales community calls and channels. Key Requirements include technology-related sales or account management experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant sales/account management experience. Candidates need a deep understanding of CRM and/or ERP applications, including Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Relationship Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management and Commerce.
