Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Risk Management to oversee enterprise risk and business continuity operations. Responsibilities include implementing ERM/BCM frameworks, overseeing site and corporate risk assessments, tracking KRIs and risk appetite, and directing Risk Champions across project lines. Ensure regulatory alignment, consolidate risk registers and dashboards, present reports to the Audit & Risk Committee and C-suite, and challenge financial models. Drive risk culture adoption and leverage SAP/GRC tools for analytics and reporting. Requires 12+ years in Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, or Governance within complex operational environments, and strong familiarity with SAP.
