Director - Supply Chain - Business Consulting

Join EY's Business Consulting team as a Director, End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation, helping organizations transform their supply chains to become more agile, resilient, and digitally enabled. You will lead strategic and operational transformation programs across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading E2E supply chain transformation engagements, advising C-suite stakeholders, managing complex programs, driving business development, and supporting digital supply chain transformations enabled by SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and advanced analytics. Candidates must have 12+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain, or operations transformation, strong expertise across supply chain functions, and strong business development capabilities.
