Job description
The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end coordination of the local distribution network working closely with 3PL partners Ferrero Customer Service and the local Sales team. The role ensures timely and accurate delivery to customers while maintaining Ferrero Quality and GRC standards. It includes monitoring and reporting KPIs, managing return logistics, validating invoices, creating purchase requisitions in SAP, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, operational performance, and sustainability.
