DT Business Process Design Associate Specialist

As part of Lenovo's GSC ISG DT organization, you will work directly with local Customer Fulfillment business teams, GEO supply chain operations, sales operations, logistics, planning, and global DT teams to drive digital transformation, AI adoption, and operational excellence. The Local Customer Fulfillment Digital Transformation Graduate will serve as a Digital Transformation Partner to local Customer Fulfillment and GEO Supply Chain Operations teams, focusing on order fulfillment excellence, AI-enabled process improvement, operational visibility, exception management, and digital solution adoption across end-to-end GEO supply chain operations. Responsibilities include local customer fulfillment partnership, end-to-end GEO supply chain transformation, digital solution deployment adoption involving SAP, order management tools, planning platforms, logistics visibility tools, workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and AI-enabled applications. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or AI-related disciplines.
