e-invoice Product Lead

NxtArray is looking for an experienced e-invoicing Product Lead to own the e-invoicing vertical, helping with product roadmap, customer delivery, compliance readiness, partner relationships, and operational success. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent, minimum 8+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Lead role, good knowledge of e-invoicing and Peppol, understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Tally, and ERPNext, strong customer handling and stakeholder management skills, and awareness of business and financial processes. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the e-invoice business strategy, managing customer onboarding and implementation delivery, acting as primary escalation point for customers and partners, coordinating with FTA and Peppol ecosystem stakeholders, driving adoption and revenue growth, monitoring implementation pipelines and support SLAs, and identifying product enhancement requirements.
