E-Invoicing Implementation Specialist - Finance

We are looking for an E-Invoicing Implementation Specialist to support the Finance/Tax team in implementing and managing e-invoicing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate e-invoicing implementation with Finance, Tax, IT, ERP teams & vendors, Gather requirements, map processes and support ERP/e-invoicing integration, Manage data mapping, validation, UAT, testing and go-live activities, Troubleshoot invoice/data issues and support post-go-live operations, Ensure alignment with VAT and e-invoicing compliance requirements, Provide implementation updates and documentation to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or related field, 3+ years’ experience in e-invoicing, Finance Transformation, ERP or Tax Technology, Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics preferred, Strong Excel, data analysis, process mapping and testing skills, Good understanding of AP/AR, invoicing, VAT and finance processes, UAE e-invoicing experience is an advantage, Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Availability: Immediate. Contract: 4 Months. Own Visa required.
