EHS / Environmental, Health & Safety Consultants

Summary: This role primarily focuses on providing expert consultation in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to enhance organizational compliance and safety management within the SAP environment. Main Responsibilities: - Configure and manage SAP EHS modules to meet organizational needs. - Oversee incident reporting, hazard identification, and risk assessments. - Integrate EHS systems with HR and Plant Maintenance modules effectively. - Manage environmental compliance reporting and substance management processes. - Ensure tracking of safety training and certifications. - Maintain understanding of EHS regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Key Requirements: - 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP EHS consulting. - Experience in blueprinting and writing functional specifications. - Proven track record of supporting large-scale EHS implementations. - Ability to create root cause analysis for safety and compliance issues. - Strong communication skills with business users. - Capacity to understand business requirements from a client's perspective. Nice to Have: - Experience with help manuals and test scripts. - Ability to work effectively in group settings and cooperate with colleagues. - Results-oriented mindset and full ownership of assigned tasks. - Capacity to manage multiple tasks and expectations simultaneously. - Robust fundamental knowledge in EHS domain areas.
