Electrical Technician - STP

Eram Talent is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electric Forman to join their team. As an Electric Forman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation and maintenance projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong technical background in electrical systems and equipment. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating electrical installation and maintenance projects, managing a team of electricians and overseeing their work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations, planning and organizing work schedules, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines, ensuring that work is carried out safely and in accordance with safety standards and procedures, performing quality checks to ensure the work meets required standards, troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues and providing effective solutions, maintaining accurate records of work performed and prepare progress reports, coordinating with other teams and contractors, and providing technical guidance and support. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance, strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes, excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints, proficiency in using electrical tools, equipment, and measuring devices, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ability to work well under pressure, and knowledge of SAP.
