The MIS Supervisor is responsible for providing frontline support staff with effective systems solutions, ensuring smooth operations through up-to-date master data management, and reviewing and optimizing processes for efficiency. Role supports SAP issues resolution and package maintenance in the Aftersales department. Responsibilities include systems support, resolving branch queries within 48 hours, liaising with Finance and EIT, creating and resolving PDI package issues, managing DIO accessories, supporting campaign rollouts, uploading schedules, and resolving WIP. Required skills: Microsoft Excel, ERP experience specifically SAP IS AUTO, data warehousing, data management, data quality checks. Qualifications: Graduate or diploma holder with 5 years experience in pricing analyst/assistant roles and automotive aftersales.
