Enterprise Architect - Salesforce Field Service Transformation Program

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead a large-scale Salesforce transformation program across CRM, Service, Field Service, Integration, Data, and AI platforms. Key Responsibilities include leading the migration from SAP CRM to Salesforce CRM while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA as the enterprise ERP platform. Define enterprise architecture across Service Cloud, Field Service, MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, and future Agentforce adoption. Understand Asset Management business processes and translate requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. Drive architecture workshops, solution governance, and alignment across business and technology stakeholders. Required Experience: 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and large-scale digital transformation programs, strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, enterprise integrations, and Asset/Field Service business processes.
