ERP Master Data Executive

Product Master Data: Create and maintain item/SKU master data in ERP including SKU codes, product descriptions, brand, category, sub-category, model number, barcode, HS Code, country of origin, unit of measure, dimensions, weight, carton details, warranty, serial number requirements, and VAT/tax info. Customer Master Data: Create and maintain customer accounts, validate company name, VAT number, CR details, address, contact details, classification, payment terms, credit limits, and sales channel, preventing duplicates. Vendor Master Data: Create and maintain supplier/vendor master records, payment terms, currency, banking details, and tax info with appropriate approvals. Inventory and Warehouse Master Data: Create and maintain warehouses, storage locations, bins, inventory locations, spare-parts locations, service stock locations, damaged stock locations, and return locations. Coordinate stock-location setup for Dammam and 3PL warehouses, support inventory migration and opening-stock uploads, and verify inventory balances during ERP implementation. Pricing Master Data: Maintain cost, selling, retail, promotional, and customer-specific prices. E-Commerce Master Data: Maintain SKU mapping between ERP and Amazon, Noon, website, and other marketplaces. Service and Spare Parts Master Data: Create service-related item and spare-parts records. 3PL and System Integration: Coordinate master-data requirements with 3PL partners, support ERP integration with 3PL, e-commerce, service, and customer-care systems, and participate in UAT. Data Governance and Control: Establish procedures, maintain change logs, perform regular audits, and remove duplicates. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on SKUs, discrepancies, and accuracy.
