Job description
The ERP Sales Manager is responsible for generating new ERP business, acquiring new customers, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets. The role is highly focused on hunting, pipeline generation, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include hunting and acquiring new ERP customers, generating and maintaining a strong qualified sales pipeline, identifying ERP implementation, migration, customization, support, and managed-service opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing, building relationships with decision-makers including CIOs, CFOs, IT leaders, Finance leaders, and Procurement, conducting customer meetings and coordinating ERP demos with the pre-sales/technical team, preparing commercial proposals and responding to RFPs/RFQs, developing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, working with ERP vendors and partners to generate joint opportunities, maintaining accurate opportunities, forecasts, and activities in CRM, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and coordinating with Delivery and Pre-sales for solution design and handover after closing.
