Job description
Business Analysis: Conduct business discovery workshops with customers, understand existing business processes and operational workflows, gather and document business requirements, analyze current business operations, identify process improvement opportunities, recommend best practices aligned with ERP standards, perform Fit-Gap Analysis, prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD), develop business process maps and workflow diagrams, define functional specifications, and validate customer requirements.
Solution Consulting: Recommend ERP solutions based on customer business requirements, map business processes to ERP functionality, configure solution concepts, recommend process improvements, participate in solution design discussions, and support implementation planning.
Presales Activities: Deliver ERP demonstrations, participate in customer presentations, support proposal preparation, assist in solution estimation, respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires, prepare implementation approaches and project scope documentation.
Project Support: Support implementation teams during project delivery, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate implemented functionality, support Go-Live activities, coordinate issue resolution between business users and technical teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of ERP Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or ERP Solution Consulting experience. Experience participating in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects. Experience in manufacturing ERP implementations highly preferred.
