ERP Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Enterprise Automation & ERP Solutions Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in enterprise automation, ERP implementation, solutions engineering, or digital transformation, supported by an industrial or operations engineering foundation. The profile should remain operations-first, software-second. Key Requirements: 5-8 years of relevant experience. Hands-on ERP experience with at least one of: Odoo, SAP, Infor, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Odoo experience is weighted most heavily, followed by Infor. Direct experience configuring, extracting data from, or integrating with ERP systems. Strong engineering capability at the integration layer, including building data pipelines, system integrations, internal tools, and bounded AI workflows. Practical domain exposure in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, finance operations, or supply chain. Operational understanding of 3-way matching, BOQs, procurement workflows, and operational exceptions. Proven production experience taking implementations live and supporting them. Client-facing process discovery skills. Fluent in Arabic and English. Riyadh-based or willing to relocate. Comfortable working on-site at client locations and traveling across the GCC. AI-native and comfortable using Claude Code daily.
