ERP Transformation Manager

Position: ERP Transformation Manager (Odoo) Experience: 8+ Years Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Engineering or related field Location: Dubai Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Transformation Lead to drive the end-to-end ERP transformation across multiple business units and countries. The role will be responsible for project leadership, implementation, stakeholder management, change management and successful post-go-live adoption. Key Responsibilities - Lead the complete Odoo ERP implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering, solution design and configuration to testing, deployment and stabilisation. - Own project planning, budget, resources, timelines, risks and issues across multiple workstreams. - Lead and mentor Project Managers and Implementation Consultants. - Coordinate with business stakeholders and Odoo implementation partners/vendors. - Drive change management, user training, communication and user adoption. - Present project progress, budgets, risks and key decisions to C-level management and Steering Committees. - Manage business process standardisation and localisation across different countries and entities. - Oversee data migration, system integrations, UAT and cutover planning. - Support go-lives, workshops and post-implementation reviews across different locations. - Establish post-go-live support, documentation and knowledge-transfer processes. Requirements - 8+ years in ERP implementation/transformation with full-cycle Odoo experience mandatory. - Multi-country/multi-entity ERP rollout experience. - Strong team and stakeholder management skills. - Good knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Inventory processes. - Willingness to travel internationally. - Candidate will be based out of Dubai handling Africa operations.
