Execution Planner - Home Care

JOB PURPOSE This role exists to manage HC BUL production planning. Equipped with strong collaboration, negotiation and trade-off analysis, this role drives cross functional synchronization in the supply chain. Also, this role spearheads the future readiness of our supply network. Responsible for ensuring consistent/perfect service from BUL by solving short- and mid-term supply challenges. Being a complexity champion, uses continuous improvement and digital solutions to step-up business delivery. You'll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters for people and the planet. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead all BUL production planning operations - Be the bridge between BUL and business organizations ensuring we continue to serve business with reliability and agility. - Consistently prioritize service and customer in every step of the way, ensuring product availability at the right time, every time. - Collaborate with Shipment Planners directly from BUL to markets - Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and targets and ensure building the right future visibility as forecast. - Participate in Plan meetings on Demand-Supply Review. Communicates Risks and mitigation. - Owner of inventory health, Monitor & action waste prevention Finished Goods, Packing and Raw. - Manage crisis Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc. - Be the point of contact with innovations and strategic planning REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1-2 years planning experience - SAP ECC - Rapid Response KINAXIS - Production planning & scheduling - Data Visualization
