Executive - Stores

Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and transfer of materials. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials to support operational requirements. Process and maintain accurate records of all inward and outward material movements. Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy. Update inventory transactions and maintain records in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent software. Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, stock reconciliation reports, and MIS reports. Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, and excess inventory, and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping standards are maintained within the warehouse/store area. Comply with company policies, health & safety standards, and support internal and external inventory audits.
