Hiring for Experienced HR Recruiter (Male) (International BPO Hiring) at Teleperformance (Mohali).
Designation: Executive - Talent Acquisition

Working Days: Mon- Sat
Shift Window: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Work from Office (Plot No. A-40, Sector-75, Near Quark City, Mohali)
We are looking for Immediate Joiner.
Job Description:
1. End to End Frontline Recruitment.
2. Sourcing & screening candidates (job portals, networking, referrals)
3. Conducting interviews & filtering candidates.
5. Write and post job descriptions on LinkedIn, career websites, and Job Portals.
6. Evaluate and screen resumes.
7. Use recruiting tools for assessments and assessments to assess candidate's skills.
8. Conduct interviews over phone, Teams, SmartMeet and/or in-person interviews.
9. Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates and to final assessor.
10. Onboarding selected candidates in WorkDay Portal.
Minimum Requirement:
· Graduation in any stream.
· Fresher/Experience both can apply.
