Expeditor

Saipem is seeking a Project Expeditor to monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure materials, equipment, and required documentation are delivered on time and in line with project and Purchase Order requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing purchase orders, checking vendor supply schedules, facilitating interfaces between vendors and internal functions, monitoring supply chain phases, ensuring timely availability of shipping documentation, guaranteeing SAP exhaustive and punctual updating, ensuring correct issuance of Goods Receipts, and supporting vendor variation requests.
