Facility Management Functional Lead

The Functional Lead will lead the business and functional workstream for a Facility Management Digital Transformation program involving the implementation of the Facilio platform and its integration with SAP enterprise systems. The role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing processes, defining functional solutions, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams. Acting as the key link between business and technology, the Functional lead will drive workshops, document requirements, manage project delivery, and oversee end-to-end business processes across Facility Management, Maintenance, Asset Management, and related SAP functions. The role will ensure that business needs are translated into clear functional specifications, integration requirements, and implementation plans. Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and 10+ years of experience in Facility Management, CAFM, IWMS, CMMS, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or Digital Transformation projects. Proven experience leading business analysis, process design, requirements management, and software implementation projects. Strong understanding of Facility Management operations including Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Work Order Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, Service Management, Vendor Management, and SLA & KPI Monitoring. Strong understanding of SAP business processes and enterprise application landscapes. Experience working with SAP functional teams and integrated business processes, defining integration requirements between SAP and external enterprise platforms. Experience preparing BRDs, FRSs, process maps, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Experience using Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools. Preferred qualifications include experience integrating Facility Management platforms with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA environments, and exposure to SAP modules such as SAP PM, SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, SAP RE-FX, or SAP S/4HANA Asset Management. This is a 12-month FTC contract.
