FICA Consultant (Insurance Finance Systems)

ATOM Technologies Limited is seeking a FICA Consultant (Insurance Finance Systems) to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the FICA contract accounts landscape underpinning premium billing, collections, and settlement across the group. Responsibilities include monitoring FICA postings, investigating and correcting failed or suspended postings, supporting cash allocation, payment matching, dunning, write-offs, and refunds, resolving reconciliation breaks between FICA, the billing engine, general ledger, and bank statements, acting as first and second-line incident support, applying and testing configuration changes, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities.
