Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner will act as a commercial and financial advisor to the business, partnering closely with Operations, Business Development, and Senior Management to drive profitability, cost discipline, and informed decision-making. This role combines hands-on financial control with forward-looking commercial insight, with clear accountability for gross margin tracking, budget adherence, forecasting accuracy, and bid profitability. Responsibilities include project financial management, budget and forecast control within SAP, revenue and billing oversight, bid commercial support, working capital and cash flow management, treasury coordination, financial reporting and month-end close, and audit governance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with professional certification preferred, advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, and 7-8 years of finance experience in project-based environments with 3-5 years in business partnering or project finance roles.
