Finance Data & SAP Migration Specialist

Finance Data & SAP Support Analyst to support the transition from QuickBooks Desktop to SAP S/4HANA. The role is focused mainly on data preparation, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT), acting as a key link between the local finance team and the SAP implementation team. Responsibilities: Extract, clean, and prepare financial data from QuickBooks. Perform data mapping (GL, vendors, customers, cost centers). Validate data before and after migration. Execute UAT scenarios across finance processes (AP, AR, GL). Identify issues and follow up with IT/SAP team for resolution. Reconcile balances and ensure accuracy of financial data. Validate reports and system outputs post-migration. Support alignment between current processes and SAP workflows. Act as point of contact between local finance and central IT team. Document processes and testing scenarios. Support users during go-live and transition phase. Profile: 3–6 years in accounting or finance. Strong Excel and data handling skills. Experience with ERP systems migration (SAP experience mandatory). Exposure to system migration, testing, or reconciliations. Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive. Able to communicate effectively with both finance and IT teams. Contract: 4 to 6 months, extendable.
