Finance Executive

URGENTLY HIRING – FINANCE EXECUTIVE (For a Large Retail Group) Location: Dubai Salary: AED 6,500 all Inclusive Visa: Spouse / Freelance / Golden Visa Requirements • Young, dynamic, and motivated finance professional • CA Inter qualification with a bachelor’s degree in finance or commerce • 2–4 years of UAE finance/accounting experience • Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred • Previous experience in the FMCG or retail industry is an advantage Key Responsibilities • Manage daily finance operations, including invoices, expenses, AP & AR • Process vendor invoices and coordinate PO, GRN & invoice matching • Support payments, bank reconciliation and month-end closing • Maintain vendor/customer records and ERP data • Assist with MIS reports and UAE VAT documentation • Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and internal teams • Ensure compliance with finance policies and internal controls
