Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable

We are looking for a Finance Executive; Accounts Receivable to support the effective management of customer receivables, ensuring balances are accurately recorded, monitored and collected in line with agreed credit terms. The role will also support reconciliations, AR reporting, month-end activities and resolution of customer account queries while maintaining strong financial controls. Key Responsibilities - Manage assigned customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables. - Monitor ageing reports, overdue invoices and outstanding payments. - Maintain accurate AR transactions and customer accounts in Oracle Fusion. - Investigate and resolve customer account queries, disputes and payment issues. - Prepare AR reports, collection forecasts and account reconciliations. - Support month-end close and period-end reporting activities. - Maintain accurate supporting documentation and audit trails. - Support credit control, debt collection and risk management processes. Required Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance. - Minimum 5 years experience in a similar industry or role. - Strong Excel and general IT skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively. - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team. Desired Skills - Experience using Oracle Fusion. - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Customer focused with good attention to detail.
