Finance Executive (CA Inter)

URGENTLY HIRING – FINANCE EXECUTIVE (CA Inter) Location: Dubai Contract: 6 months, extendable to 1 year or longer Salary: AED 6,500 all-inclusive Visa: Spouse / Freelance / Golden Visa Requirements: - Young, dynamic and motivated finance professional - CA Inter qualification is mandatory - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce - 2–4 years of UAE finance/accounting experience - Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) - Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP - Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred - FMCG or retail industry experience will be an advantage Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily finance operations, including invoices, expenses, AP and AR - Process vendor invoices and coordinate PO, GRN and invoice matching - Support payments, bank reconciliations and month-end closing - Maintain vendor/customer records and ERP data - Assist with MIS reports and UAE VAT documentation - Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and internal teams - Ensure compliance with finance policies and internal controls
