Finance Graduate Trainee

ESAB is looking for a Finance Graduate Trainee to join our ESAB Middle East team in Dubai. This role will support the Finance function across key accounting and financial activities, including accounts payable, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, internal controls, audit and compliance, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Duties include managing Accounts Payable activities such as supplier invoices, three-way matching in Infor M3, vendor reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, accruals, General Ledger activities, balance sheet reconciliations, preparing and analyzing monthly management accounts, supporting inventory accounting, costing activities, standard costs, inventory valuation, PPV analysis, BOMs and routings, supporting SOX activities, and coordinating with auditors. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of Infor M3 is an advantage. Professional qualifications like ACCA, CMA, or CPA are an advantage.
