Finance Manager

MOTOMA SOLAR ENERGY CO. LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial planning, analysis, accounting, taxation, and financial compliance within the UAE, preferably in a trading company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the company’s overall financial and accounting operations. - Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Monitor cash flow, expenses, profitability, and overall financial performance. - Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial closing. - Manage and ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements, including VAT returns and related documentation. - Manage UAE Corporate Tax requirements and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. - Ensure compliance with UAE invoicing, accounting, and financial reporting requirements. - Oversee payroll processes, including WPS, employee settlements, and End-of-Service Benefits. - Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant authorities when required. - Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls and procedures. - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business decisions. - Manage and supervise accounting and finance-related activities using Odoo ERP. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting. - Proven practical experience working in the UAE. - Experience in trading companies is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. - Good understanding of UAE financial compliance, invoicing, payroll, WPS, and End-of-Service Benefits. - Practical experience using Odoo ERP. - Strong financial planning and analytical skills. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. - Strong communication and reporting skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
