Finance Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic UAE-based Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and provide the financial insight needed to support our growth, including our online pharmacy and telehealth services. You'll own budgeting, reporting and cash flow management, while ensuring compliance across the multiple markets we operate in. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash flow and reconciliation of online sales and payment platforms. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation. Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across departments. Monitor financial performance against targets and flag risks or opportunities to leadership. Ensure compliance with UK financial and tax requirements (HMRC, VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax, Companies House), UAE Corporate Tax and VAT (Federal Tax Authority), and tax and audit requirements in the other markets we operate in. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors and regulatory bodies. Oversee accounts payable and receivable and ensure healthy working capital management. Support commercial and partnership teams with financial input on deal structuring and contract terms. Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes and systems. Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including new market entry and partnership evaluation.
