Finance Manager

Finance Manager | Steel Manufacturing | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia We are a new, large-scale steel manufacturing company in Jeddah, and production starts around January. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can build and run our finance function from the ground up. Responsibilities: - Set up the finance function: chart of accounts, ERP configuration, policies, approval matrix, and internal controls - Lead the finance department - Lead cost accounting - Prepare budgets and forecasts and manage cash flow and working capital - Track capex and project costs through to plant start-up - Manage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and government bodies - Ensure compliance with IFRS and ZATCA requirements (VAT, e-invoicing, withholding tax, and zakat) - Deliver accurate monthly management reports and KPIs to the CEO and leadership team - Lead, develop, and coordinate the accounting team (AR, AP, costing, treasury) - Develop team skills and automate processes. Requirements: - Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Finance or related field - 8-10 years of finance experience in the manufacturing industry - Fluent English, spoken and written along with arabic. - Hands-on ERP experience (SAP) - Experience leading a finance team - Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate - Previous Start Up Experience Preferred: - Start-up, greenfield, or plant ramp-up experience - Steel, metals, or heavy industry background - Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CA - Knowledge of Saudi VAT, zakat, and customs - Arabic language skills What we are looking for in you: You are accurate, highly organized, and a confident communicator.
