Finance Manager

ROLE PURPOSE: As a Finance Manager, you will lead and manage the financial operations of ROX UAE, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, effective budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and commercial support across the business. You will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, receivables, payables, inventory accounting, vehicle costing, management reporting, VAT and tax compliance, and internal controls while ensuring financial processes support the operational requirements of an automotive dealership and distribution business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial statements. Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis. Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury activities. Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and credit exposure. Oversee accounts payable and supplier reconciliations. Ensure accurate accounting of vehicle inventory, spare parts, and assets. Manage vehicle costing, landed cost calculations, freight, and customs duties. Coordinate vehicle and parts stock reconciliations between finance records, ERP systems, and physical inventory. Support vehicle sales accounting, revenue recognition, and pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. Coordinate with external auditors. Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the finance team. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong financial management, accounting, budgeting, and reporting capabilities. Strong knowledge of vehicle inventory accounting and vehicle costing. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is considered a strong advantage. UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance knowledge. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent are highly preferred. Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with significant experience within automotive dealerships in the UAE or GCC. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance management or leadership position.
