Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you provide financial leadership and play instrumental role in forming accounting strategies. A Finance Manager role, especially in SME companies, can include broad visionary responsibilities as well as hands-on management. Purpose of Job: - The Finance Manager will be an integral part of the finance and accounting team. - Responsible completely for the finance, accounting, auditing, reporting legal and HR functions and ensure compliance. Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain all accounting-related documents - Oversee all financial transactions - Handle and manage overall Company Finances (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking) - Reconcile and prepare quarterly VAT returns and monthly excise returns - Prepare local reporting requirements to ZATCA, Ministry of Finance, E-invoicing and Labor departments - Ownership of weekly and monthly reporting to headquarters - Manage corporate banking accounts, payments, remittances, and cashflow - Oversee HR tasks, payroll, visa applications, and Saudization Qualifications: - Professional degree required, like CA, ACCA, CPA - 5+ years in a corporate accounting or finance role - Experience with financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and long-range planning - Experience in Oracle Netsuite would be added advantage - Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
