About the Joint Venture: The JV is a strategic joint venture focused on the manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, and servicing of critical components for the Oil & Gas industry. Role Summary: The Finance Manager will be responsible for the overall financial management of the JV, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, effective budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, compliance, and business performance analysis. The role will act as a strategic business partner to the Plant Operations Head and leadership team by providing financial insights that support operational efficiency, profitability, working capital optimization, investment decisions, and sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead annual budgeting and forecasting activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Oversee product costing and manufacturing cost analysis. Monitor cash flow requirements and liquidity. Ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits. Ensure integrity and effectiveness of financial systems and support ERP implementation and optimization initiatives. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Sales teams. Educational & Experience requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline. Preferred Qualifications - CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance. 10 - 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounts. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role. Experience within Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, or Production environments.
