Finance Manager - Automotive

As Finance Manager at Ali & Sons, you will oversee financial management operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial planning to enhance profitability across all brands. This position requires strategic thinking, leadership, and expertise to uphold our excellence in the automotive market. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Management: Oversee financial functions including planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control. - Corporate Tax Compliance: Lead Corporate Tax compliance efforts and engage with consultants for regulatory compliance - Team Leadership: Manage the finance team in all financial disciplines across the company, ensuring accurate day-to-day accounting functions. - External Audit: Ensure the timely completion of external audit and financial statements are based on the IFRS standards. - Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly performance variance analysis and report findings to senior management. - Budget Development: Develop and monitor annual and monthly budgets, consolidating operational budgets and cash flow statements. - Risk Management: Financial and operational risk analysis. - Internal Controls: Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and internal controls. - Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with auditors, banks, and external parties. - VAT Compliance: Lead VAT compliance efforts. Requirements: - University degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related. - Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, IFRS compliance or CMA. - Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in finance, preferably within the automotive industry. - Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Oracle - Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an added advantage.
