Finance Manager

SIBIE LTD Holding Group Sibie Ltd is a healthcare group expanding across the UK, Europe, USA, and the Gulf region. We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic UAE-based Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management, ensuring compliance across multiple markets including online pharmacy and telehealth services. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash flow, multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, leading budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with UK tax requirements (HMRC, VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax) and UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, managing external audits, and implementing financial controls and systems. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, a degree in Finance or Accounting with professional qualifications preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), proven UK finance experience (UK GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS), and advanced proficiency in financial systems and accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP.
