Finance Manager

Location: Dubai, Scope: Dubai & Hong Kong group entities. Reporting to: Head – Finance & Accounts. Team: 3–4 Accountants. Role: Team Lead / Succession Role. Key Requirements: CA mandatory with 3–5 years post-qualification experience. 1–2+ years of experience supervising a finance/accounts team. Strong hands-on experience in month-end/year-end closing, MIS, financial reporting and variance analysis. Experience managing multi-entity accounting and inter-company reconciliations/settlements. Strong exposure to VAT, Corporate Tax and Hong Kong Profits Tax. End-to-end statutory audit and financial statement preparation; Big 4/audit-firm background preferred. Experience in treasury, cash-flow forecasting, banking operations and KYC. SAP FICO experience of 1–2 years is mandatory; SAP MM exposure preferred. Experience with financial controls, SOPs, approval matrices and segregation of duties. Exposure to supply-chain finance, including PO, GRN, landed cost, inventory and vendor reconciliations. Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks and overseas finance teams. Ideal Candidate: A CA with 3–5 years PQE, currently handling multi-entity finance/accounting operations, who has progressed beyond individual contributor responsibilities into team supervision, with strong SAP FICO + audit + taxation + inter-company accounting exposure.
