Finance Manager - Oil Trading

The incumbent will lead the Finance & Accounting function supporting the Oil Trading business, providing accurate trade finance, risk, and management reporting to enable effective decision-making. The role manages financial control, working capital, and treasury activities across physical and paper oil trading operations. Responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, managing trade finance instruments (letters of credit, guarantees), monitoring MTM positions and hedging, managing cash flow, coordinating audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a finance team. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, professional certifications (MBA, CMA, CFA, ACA/ACCA/CPA), 12+ years of experience in finance within oil/commodity trading, and hands-on SAP S/4HANA FI/CO experience (GL, A/P, A/R, bank accounting) along with Fiori apps and MM/SD integration exposure.
